Fantastic employees, really welcoming and useful especially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a great offer. The receptionist is great, knows good places to go to for holidaymakers.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were there at every hrs. The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests were normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Really great hotel and good location. I Definitely advise DoubleTree by Hilton London – Hyde Park!

I have stayed for five nights with my wife. Beds were cozy and the room was normally clean. The employees have been very useful and pleasant and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was excellent. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Really good and perfectly clean spot. The area where is located is great, exactly what we wanted. Beds were being really comfy. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance but surely is good for a complete night relaxation. I liked my days here enormously and will probably come once again for my following come to London.
